Terms and conditions

General terms for 1 hour exclusive use

The field is fenced with deer fencing to a height of 2 metres and every effort has been made to ensure it is as “dog safe” as possible. Please bear in mind that we have a variety of wild life that visit us here including game birds, rabbits and wild deer so before letting your dog off the lead in the field, it might be worth just scanning the field for other furry visitors.

There is running water and a dog water bowl located in the top left hand corner of the field.

Please do not bring your dogs if they have shown signs of sickness (especially diarrhoea or vomiting) in the last 48 hours.

Parking is clearly sign posted and immediately in front of the field. There are 3 parking spaces.

Please keep a close eye on your dogs and pick up all poo. This is your responsibility and helps keep the field clean for everyone to continue to enjoy.

Do not allow your dogs to dig in the field (apart from in our purpose built dig box).

Please take all rubbish/poo bags home with you, or use the bin provided at the entry to the field.

Do not enter the field until the prior user has left, and keep your dog in your vehicle until the prior user has departed.

We do have horses on the premises. They are used to dogs and are not immediately beyond the fence to the dog field. Do bear in mind that horses are prey animals and can become startled by dogs running and barking so if you see someone riding past the field, please keep control of your dog so as not to spook the horse.

Close the gate behind you when you leave

You should leave the car park before the next appointment start time, at the absolute latest.

If you arrived late to your booking, you must still leave when your booking slot is finished. If you overstay your booking more than 3 times then this will immediately forfeit any future use of the field.

Finally, the hiring and your use of the field is based entirely on trust and the understanding that you will abide by the rules as set out above.

To ensure the smooth running and therefore enjoyment of ALL users, anyone using the field without a prior booking or seen to be flouting the rules will immediately forfeit any future use.

The use of the field is entirely at your own risk and we do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury incurred whilst using the facility.

Booking of the field acts as confirmation and agreement of the above.

We hope you and your dog enjoy the field!
